These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between dewi11 and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on dewi11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dewi11 strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling principles applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from the Platform or from gambling services generally. Players who are subject to an active self-exclusion order must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of dewi11 services, you are required to complete the online registration process in full. During registration, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred payment method details. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dewi11 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Contact dewi11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

dewi11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

dewi11 supports deposits through a range of Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dewi11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may levy their own processing charges.
• Deposit amounts credited to your Account are reflected in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• dewi11 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your Account.

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their dewi11 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. dewi11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirement fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• dewi11 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is subject to the payment method selected; e-wallet withdrawals and DuitNow transfers are typically completed within minutes of approval.

dewi11 may place a hold on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

dewi11 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms outlined in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stipulated number of times (as stated in the specific promotion) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type.
• Maximum Bet: While any bonus balance is active, the maximum permissible bet per round or game is typically MYR 250–500. Placing bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution percentages are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the expiry window will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: dewi11 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any Account where bonus abuse, multiple account exploitation, or any other prohibited activity is identified.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the dewi11 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dewi11 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical fault or manifest error resulting in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts, dewi11 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to placing a wager.
• dewi11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where suspicious wagering patterns are identified.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated according to the confirmed odds at the time the bet was placed, subject to any adjustments required for void legs in accumulator bets.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by dewi11 at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to significant match events or data feed interruptions.

For sports such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and other football competitions featured on the dewi11 sportsbook, all bets are settled based on the official match result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise specified in the relevant market description. Extra time and penalty shootout results are not included in standard 90-minute market settlements unless explicitly stated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewi11 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering with false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, hedging bets between accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game where player competition is involved.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting decisions or game play without human input.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences between dewi11 and other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, at a scale that disrupts normal Platform operations.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. dewi11 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for funds that have been legitimately used on the Platform. Such actions constitute fraud and will be pursued accordingly.

dewi11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling on the dewi11 Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly restricted to Players aged 21 and above. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard stop limits to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your total wagering activity and session duration during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting dewi11 support.

dewi11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• A Player's use of the Platform is reasonably believed to pose a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to dewi11;
• The Player has initiated a payment dispute or chargeback in bad faith;
• Law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or other competent authorities have directed dewi11 to do so.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, dewi11 will notify the Player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to the Player's material breach of these Terms, dewi11 may withhold funds held in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation, and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewi11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond dewi11's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data;
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform;
• Any delay in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any actions taken by the Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform that has not been verified as accurate and current.

dewi11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the dewi11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, audio, and video materials, is the proprietary property of dewi11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without dewi11's express prior written consent.

dewi11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, dewi11 will provide advance notice to registered Players by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and / or by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, typographical fixes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the dewi11 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between dewi11 and a Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

All disputes, claims, and questions regarding the Platform or these Terms should first be directed to the dewi11 support team via the contact details provided in Section 17 below. dewi11 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
